The minimum and recommended system requirements for Xfmea include:

Microsoft Office 2000 or 2003 (Excel and Word) for automated report generation.

433 MHz Intel Pentium class processor, or an AMD Opteron, AMD Athlon64 or AMD Athlon XP processor with 96MB RAM (256MB or more is recommended), SVGA display and at least 290MB of hard disk space.
